Mitzvah Art - Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment to You At Mitzvah Art, we take pride in the craftsmanship and beauty of every item in our collection. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a standard item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
General Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) Due to the specific standards and personalization of certain products, the following are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

All Custom & Personalized Orders: Any product that has been customized, personalized, or made-to-order specifically for you. This includes items with custom embroidery.

Specialty Tallitot: Any Tallit that has been customized with embroidery or specific tying like Techelet (blue) strings.

Mezuzah Scrolls (Klaf): For reasons of sanctity and quality assurance, Mezuzah scrolls cannot be returned once they have been shipped/opened.

Books & Sefarim: To ensure every customer receives a brand-new, pristine copy, books are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (48-Hour Window) We take great care in packaging our fine art and delicate items. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mitzvahart.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We replace damaged items at no cost, no questions asked.
How to Complete Your Return To start a return process for an eligible item, please email us at info@mitzvahart.com. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
