“Grapes of the Vine”
Colour: Deep Purple
Named for the fruit of the vine, over which the day is sanctified before the bread is cut. Deep purple gathers in the grain like fruit weighing down the branch.
Hand-poured epoxy resin in deep purple runs through natural Israeli olive wood, following the grain wherever it leads. Because the wood decides as much as the hand does, no two handles have ever come out the same — and no two ever will. The blade is stainless steel and the handle is finished food-safe.
The knife that rests beside the challah until the blessing is said.

Pairs with the challah boards
Each knife is poured from the same resins as our olive wood challah boards, so a knife and a board can be chosen together as one setting. The purple handles sit naturally beside Argaman, Kerem HaEshkolos and Bein HaArbayim.
Care
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak, do not place in a dishwasher, and keep away from prolonged direct heat or sunlight.
Each knife is entirely handmade. Variation in grain, pattern and tone is the signature of a true original, and colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting and screen settings.
