Kittel – Plain White
The kittel is worn at the moments when a man stands most plainly before his Creator — Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, the seder table, and beneath the chuppah. White, unlined, without pockets: a garment that carries no rank and no ornament of station.
This kittel is made by Melechet Machshevet from 100% cotton — light, soft and breathable, which matters over the long hours of Yom Kippur. It is the plain style, without lace or trim of any kind. For many that is the fitting choice: the garment is meant to strip away, not to add, and nothing here interrupts it.
No shatnez concern.
