How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 24 hours. Custom-made items, such as personalized Tallit and Tefillin bags, require 30-45 days of meticulous craftsmanship before they are shipped.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! We specialize in custom embroidery for Tallit and Tefillin bags. You can add Hebrew or English names to make your 'Hiddur Mitzvah' truly unique.
